A New York native, Michael is the Founder of Culture Group and oversees the agency’s operations, as well as manages client and partner relationships. He has over fifteen years of experience developing creative marketing platforms and has negotiated, structured and activated partnerships with sports teams, venues, talent and entertainment properties throughout the US and Asia. Michael previously served as a senior executive with AEG Global Partnerships, the award-winning division of global event presenter and venue manager AEG. A fluent Mandarin speaker, he splits his time between Shanghai, Manila and Singapore.

Doug is one of the world’s leaders in entertainment and brand marketing and is best known for his work as a content pioneer and cultural provocateur. Prior to co-founding Culture Group, he served as EVP Marketing & Brand Solutions for WME | IMG where he led the developing and producing bespoke, culture-led marketing platforms for Fortune 100 brands, including AB InBev, Visa, Rolex, Cadillac, Etihad and T-Mobile. Prior to WME | IMG, Doug was Founder and President of WPP’s OgilvyEntertainment where he developed and produced award-winning branded content for global brands, including IBM, Unilever, Cisco, Nestle and American Express. He has been recognized by AdWeek as one of the Top 50 most influential executives in the media and entertainment industry.

A London native, Ajay drives the business and commercial strategy for key clients ESPN, Riot Games, Globe Telecom as well as managing teams across China and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Culture Group, he managed the careers of young Chinese Olympic athletes as well as advisory on how to build their personal brands and social presence. Prior to that, he led strategy and business development for Octagon, the world’s largest sports consultancy across North Asia, where he advised Mastercard, Unilever, Continental Tires, Johnson & Johnson, Adidas as well as the Beijing 2022 Olympic Organizing Committee on sports marketing strategy and communications.

Olivia marries creativity with a deep appreciation for consumer insights in order to guide creative strategy on behalf of our clients across the region. Prior to joining Culture Group, she led brand and marketing planning for luxury retailer Lane Crawford and contributed to the creative strategy and business development efforts for leading game publishers Riot Games and Ubisoft. Olivia studied visual communications at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore before relocating to China in 2012 and is currently based in Shanghai, where in her spare time she is a lifelong gamer.

Jake manages the planning and coordination of marketing initiatives for Globe Telecom as well as the delivery of all commercial rights across its music, sports and gaming partnerships. Prior to Culture Group, he served as Client Relationship Director at Mindshare Philippines, where he handled the media planning and buying for Unilever Foods. Prior to that, Jake worked for Starcom MediaVest Group, Philippines as Media Manager leading the strategy, development and implementation of regional activations for key accounts including Unilab, JG Summit Group and Century Pacific Food.

Marc has created innovative programming for digital and traditional live broadcasting for the past twenty years. His artist collaborations include Grammy Award-winning artist John Legend, 50 Cent, Alicia Keys, Beastie Boys, Elton John, Moby, Steve Aoki, Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance and Imagine Dragons among many others. He is currently head of Esports at Culture Group advising clients across Asia on their business strategy and long-term activation plans.

Prior to joining Culture Group, she was a Brand Manager at Inquirer Media Group, focusing on media and driving brand partnerships with domestic brands ComFoods and San Miguel. Reg is a passionate music fan and festival producer with extensive experience in event and talent-related management.

Marco brings over ten years of experience across numerous industries and oversees the daily operations and administration of Culture Group. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Managing Director of Get Hooked 360, a digital marketing agency in the Philippines and has held management roles at Unilever, Coca-Cola and United Laboratories. Marco is an active speaker and guest lecturer at the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Inc.
